- I certify that I am not legally prohibited from possessing a firearm according to federal, state, and local laws and agree that I cannot take possession of the firearm(s) until I have satisfied the applicable government transfer process in-person at the location where the firearm will be shipped.
- I understand that the item(s) I ordered will arrive at my chosen location and can only be picked up by me, the actual purchaser, with valid government-issued photo identification and any additional documentation as may be required by applicable state law for firearm transfers.
