Why can’t I find some of the products I’m looking for on your website?

Our stores carry tens of thousands of products for our customers. Our website currently has about 41,000 of those products (the most popular across various categories) and we are adding more all the time, but we currently don’t have EVERY product on this website that we carry in our stores. If you cannot find the item you are looking for here, please visit your local Coastal store or use our Product Questions form to request products you would like us to add to our website.

Where are your store locations?

We currently have stores in Oregon and Washington. You can find locations, directions, hours, and phone numbers on our Store Locations page.

Where can I see what is on sale?

You can always check our Promotions Page to see what our current sale offers are, and view any current sales flyer.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 for select items. Please read our Shipping Information page for more information.

Why can’t I find some of the products I’m looking for on your website?

Do you have any limits on purchasing right now?
We currently have purchasing limits on the following items:
  • Firearms Limit - 2 per customer
  • Ammo limit - No Purchase Limit on the Following Calibers:
    • 5.56 / .223
    • 9mm
    • 45ACP
    • 40S&W
    • 380ACP

    4-box Purchase Limit on all other Calibers







Store Shopping

Where are your store locations?

We currently have stores in Oregon and Washington. You can find locations, directions, hours, and phone number on our Store Locations page.

What are your store hours?

Our regular store hours are 8:00am - 9:00pm Monday - Saturday and 9:00am - 6:00pm on Sundays.  Holiday hours will typically be the same, but for complete details visit our Store Locations page.

Do you allow pets in your store?

Your 4-legged friends are welcome at Coastal! You can bring your pet shopping with you, all that we ask is that they are leashed.








Online Shopping

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/Debit Cards: We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We can only accept a single card type per online purchase.

PayPal: We accept PayPal, including Buy Now, Pay Later in equal payments.

Gift Cards:
 We accept Coastal Gift Cards and eGift Cards. You can redeem up to three Coastal Gift Cards and eGift Cards per online purchase. We do not accept brand or other gift cards for online or in-store purchases.

Combining Payment Options: Customers can combine payment options with a single credit/debit card and up to two Coastal Gift Cards and eGift Cards per online purchase.

Can I confirm that my order was placed successfully?

You should receive an email confirmation message from customer.service@coastalcountry.com for each order. If you do not receive an email, please contact us and we will send you a copy manually.

For Orders placed while logged into your Account: If you have an Account on CoastalCountry.com and you were logged in when you placed your order, you can view your order history under the "My Account" menu in the upper-right corner of each page (on mobile devices that is at the bottom of the main menu).

For Orders placed as a Guest: If you placed an order as a Guest (without an Account) and you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your shopping cart for the product(s). If the products are still in the cart, please complete the checkout process. If your cart is empty, contact us by clicking on "Customer Service" in the upper-right corner of each page (for mobile devices see the bottom portion of the main top menu). and we can confirm if your order was placed successfully or not.

How do I check the status of my online Order?

If you have an Account on CoastalCountry.com and you placed the order while you were logged in, click on order history under "My Account", view your order history, then click on "track my shipment". If you checked out as a Guest, you can follow the “track your order” link in your email confirmation message.

How long does it take for my pickup order to be ready?

Due to volume, the expected wait time after you place your order is 4 hours. Also, orders placed after 4:00pm will not be ready until the next business day. Please wait until you receive the email notification from us that your order pickup is ready before going to the store to pick up your order.

Can I change my Order?

Orders can usually be changed or canceled within a few minutes of placing the Order. Once an order has been processed at a store and shipped, we will no longer be able to modify the order.

Why was my Order canceled?

We apologize for the inconvenience, if an order has been canceled due to a missing item or problem with a payment method authorization, we can assure you that you have either not been charged for it or the cost of the item(s) will be refunded.

How do I check my Order History?

If you have an Account on CoastalCountry.com and are logged in, you can click on My orders under the Account Welcome message in the upper-right corner of each page (for mobile devices see the bottom of the main menu).

How do I cancel an online order?

Contact Customer Service if an order needs to be canceled.

If an item I want to order is out of stock, can I backorder it?

Unfortunately, we do not offer backorders on the website at this time, please check with your local store for special orders.

Can I get a Gift Receipt with my Order?

Each order comes with a packing slip, which does not have pricing. Product pricing is available on the order confirmation email you received or in your My orders screen.

I live in California and your site says you can’t ship to me. Why is that?

We have suspended shipping to California addresses as we work to update our systems and product information to notify customers of potentially harmful chemicals in products that we sell as outlined in California's Proposition 65.

Do you accept Phone orders?
If you are uncomfortable placing an order on the website, our Customer Service representatives are available to help you place a phone order by calling 888-738-5717 during normal business hours.

Can I receive a raincheck for a Clearance or Discontinued item?

No. Clearance or discontinued item purchases are for in-stock only, no rainchecks or special orders.








Payments, Pricing, eGift Cards, Gift Cards, Coupons, and Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) and PayPal (including a Buy Now, Pay Later option). We now offer Slice® by FNBO. You can now also redeem up to three Coastal Gift Cards or eGift Cards online for any one purchase.

Do you price match other stores?

Where can I find what is on Sale or your Sale Flyers?

You can always check our Promotions Page to see what our current sale offers are, and view any current sales flyer in your area.  The best way to stay up-to-date on sales, events, and other Coastal updates is to join our Email list and/or our text message list.  We use a variety of channels to deliver important information about sales, specials, and events; including our email list, our Facebook page, newspaper inserts, Radio, and TV. 

Can I buy a Coastal Gift Card or Electronic Gift Card online?

Yes, you can purchase Coastal Gift Cards and eGift Cards online.

Can I use a Coastal Gift Card to purchase online?

Yes. Both physical Gift Cards and electronic eGift Cards can be used to purchase items online and in-store.

What is your coupon policy?

Not all Coastal store coupons will work on the new website quite yet. Please reach out to customer service for assistance on a coastal coupon that is not working.

Does Coastal accept manufacturer coupons?
We accept manufacturer coupons in our stores (for those products that we carry), but do not currently process them online.

Financing

We offer two ways to Finance your purchase. We currently offer financing through Wells Fargo and Farm Plan – John Deere Financial. See store for details. Financing available upon credit approval.

 
Do you offer discounts for 4H and FFA programs?

Our agricultural future is in the hands of some pretty great young men and women. We’ve put together a couple of different discount programs to help these heroes in the making. For complete details on 4H and FFA discounts and charge accounts, check out our 4H and FFA Member Discounts page.

 
Do you offer Senior discounts?

If you’re 55 years and older, Tuesday is your lucky day at Coastal. We offer a 10% discount for seniors, every Tuesday on in-store purchases. Some restrictions apply. Our Senior discount excludes Gas-powered equipment, Guns, Live animals, Myler bits, Ammunition, Licenses, and Gift cards. (Limited to private party use only)

Do you offer Military discounts?

Coastal is proud to honor our men and women who’ve served or are actively serving in our armed services with a 10% discount on purchases, every day in-store. Simply show your military ID card at checkout and our cashiers will handle it from there. Some restrictions apply. Our Military discount excludes Gas-powered equipment, Guns, Live animals, Myler bits, Ammunition, Licenses, and Gift cards. (Limited to private party use only)

What products DON’T qualify for discounts?

Discounts not valid on already discounted items, gas-powered equipment, Myler bits, firearms, ammunition, licenses or gift cards.







Shipping, Store Pickup, and Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 for select items. Please read our Shipping Information page for more information.

What is the shipping charge on shipped-to-me Orders that don’t meet the free shipping threshold?

Standard ground rates apply for non-free shipping orders.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship to the lower 47 states (Hawaii, Alaska and California are excluded). Please read ourShipping Information page for more information on order fulfillment. These restrictions include heavy or oversized products; food, including candy; items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer; liquids or chemicals, and items with lithium-ion batteries. 

How long does a free store pickup order take to process before it is ready?

Due to volume and additional services we are offering during the quarantine, the expected wait time is four hours. Also, to allow for extra store cleaning, orders placed after 4 pm will not be ready until the next business day. Please wait until you receive your second email, your Pickup is Ready email before going to the store.

How will I know that my Order is ready to pickup in-store?

You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email message from customer.service@coastalcountry.com. This email will indicate that the item(s) are ready to be picked up at the store.

How long will the Store hold my order for pickup?

Orders that you place online with us for pickup at one of our stores will be held for ten (10) days. If you’re unable to pick up your order within that timeframe, we’ll cancel your order and issue a refund.

What happens if I don’t pick up my Order?

Your order will be held for ten (10) days and then we will send a reminder that you can still pick up your order within the next four (4) days. If you’re unable to pick up your order, we’ll cancel your order and issue a refund.

Do you deliver from your stores?

If you buy online, we can ship most products to you via a shipping carrier. If you buy at one of our stores, detailed information about our store delivery options can be found on our Delivery Information and Quote Request page.

When will my in-store pickup order be ready?

After you place your online order, we make every effort to have your order ready to pick up within 4 hours during normal business operating hours. For example, an order placed at 10:00pm (Pacific Time) will not be available until 4 hours after the store opens in the morning.  For details about our store ours, please see our Store Locations page.

How long until my shipment arrives?

We expect to ship all orders within one business day (orders don't get picked up by our shipping carriers on Saturday or Sunday). You can view the delivery map on our Shipping Information page. Average ground shipping and delivery times are about 3-7 days, and expedited shipping is 2-3 days.

Where do I go in-store to pick up my order?

You can pick up your orders at the front cash register area.  See the store signage for "Order Pickup". For large items, please check with a cashier for a complimentary loadout to your vehicle. You can also choose to do curbside pickup by parking in one of the designated curbside parking spots and calling the number on the sign.

My package is missing/damaged/late, how can I get help?

We apologize for the inconvenience.  To begin a shipping claim, please see the Customer Service contact options in our main menu at the top of any web page.

Where can I track my order while it is being shipped?

If you have an Account on CoastalCountry.com and you placed the order while you were logged in, click on My orders under "My Account", view your order history, then click on "track my shipment". If you checked out as a Guest, you can follow the “track your order” link in your email confirmation message.

What are your shipping restrictions?

We are currently unable to provide shipping:

For addresses in Alaska, California, Hawaii, or outside the U.S. 

For these items: Ammunition, Firearms, Gunpowder, Primers, Chemicals (including oil and gas), Vaccines

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Yes, we offer Expedited shipping options in addition to Standard Ground. For more information please see our Shipping Information page.

Can I have some items on the same order set for in-store pickup and other items shipped to my home?

Yes, you can select more than one shipping option during checking out.

What if I need to cancel my order after it's already on the way?

Unfortunately, you are unable to cancel your order if it is already on the way.

How long does it take to receive my Ship-to-Home order?

Expedited arrives in 2 to 3 days. Standard Ground Shipping arrives in 3 to 7 business days.

*Total delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time. Please note, business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Most items may be shipped via Standard Ground and Expedited shipping. Gift Cards can only be shipped via Standard Ground.

What if my merchandise arrives damaged?

Please contact Customer Service to begin a damage claim. Do not discard the box or its contents.

What are your shipping Holidays?

Packages will not be shipped on the following Holidays:

Please note that if a Holiday falls on a weekend, the following Monday will be taken as an observance.








Returns

How do I return an item?

You can take your order to any Coastal store to return.  For shipped orders, please see the Customer Service contact options in our main menu at the top of any web page to obtain a Return Shipping label that you can use to ship the product(s) back to us. If you are close to a store, you can also go to your local store location to return an item in-store. For more information, please read ourReturns Policy page.

How long does an in-store refund take to post to my credit card account?

Returns generally take a day to process a refund, but it can take 3-5 days for the credit to be reflected on your credit card account depending on your bank.

What are some returns restrictions?

For safety reasons, items that use or contain flammable liquids, gases, or other hazardous materials can't be returned through the mail, even if the item has been drained of these materials. Please return such items to your local Coastal store. Items containing lithium batteries must also be returned to your local Coastal store.

Can I do an exchange for items I ordered online?

If you are looking to exchange an item you’ve purchased online, you will need to contact our Customer Service department. See the Customer Service contact options in our main menu at the top of any web page.

What if I need to return an item due to it being defective?

Not all manufacturer defects are returnable. Please reach out to your local Coastal Farm management team for details.







Donations and Community Support

Will Coastal support my local event?

Community involvement is very important to Coastal and we do our best to help as many organizations as we can every year. If you know of a way that we can help you achieve your goals for your event or organization please visit our Donation Request page.

How far ahead of my event should I apply for help?

If you’re seeking sponsorship or help with an event, please be sure to submit your request within 6-8 weeks of your event. Like you, we need to make sure we invest in things that match up with our guidelines and are available in our budget.

Do you ever help individuals instead of organizations?

Coastal will support an individual only in extremely rare circumstances. This type of support is budgeted for emergency or crisis situations that preferably have qualified for 501(c)3 nonprofit organization status.

Why can’t I opt-out of using cookies on Coastal’s website?

Like most commercial websites, our website uses browser cookies to help the site perform and to provide you with a more personal experience, such as product recommendations. Per our Privacy Policy, we don’t sell your information to 3rd parties.  We don’t currently have the option to selectively opt-out of certain cookies, but we may add that capability in the future

Your policy said you might share my information with Facebook. Why?

Coastal advertises on Facebook and the Facebook cookies allow Facebook to report to us how those ads performed related to driving traffic to our website.
