Got a Gas Grill?
Pre-heat your grill on high for 10 minutes, then turn off the gas and allow the grill to cool completely. Next, remove the grates and wipe them off with a damp cloth. Remove the heat deflectors and clean them with soap and water. Use a stiff brush if necessary. Carefully brush off the burners. Clean out the cook box and the inside of the lid with a stiff brush and then carefully wipe everything off. Remove any grit, ash, or burned food. Reinstall your heat deflectors and grill. Finally, add a light coat of vegetable oil and you’ll be all ready to barbecue.
